I saw a show last Friday on how to survive in Kentucky Appalacia (spelling). the dual survivior guys on discovery got hungry and set some traps. they ended up catching a huge SKUNK :)

I miss you guys too and the amazing Bo (spelling), the wildlife, the forest and even the hills! I promise i will be back :) My excuses are at least somewhat good - doing bootcamp now monday, wed and thursdays till end of June; the heat; and have been sick with a feversince late last week. goal is to be back at work tomorrow and back in the woods next week.

Thank you for the backpacking links. I'm going to weigh my pack and my boots as a starting point. I want to enjoy the Bitteroots not be miserable under the weight of my gear. Thanks again for the tips.
