Hey Ryan, I am a new member and plan on attending your 13 mile hike saturday. I believe I am capable. However, I think a warm-up may benifit me. I heard you were having a thursday work out hike. I would like to know more about this and see if maybe I could join to see if i won't be slowing you all down on saturday. Thanks.

Thanks! It was a super hike, and since my muscles are feeling totally fine I expect that if I focus on heat stressing over the next few weeks I should do a good bit better on the next one. I had a great time, and look forward to tackling those hills again!
